AI governance that's secure, deterministic, and hosted in Canada.
IT can find the opt-out checkbox. The harder gap is governance that crosses procurement, legal, and records — work no single toggle solves. LUMINARYX™ is secure and easy to deploy, and it makes the whole organization's AI governance defensible, not just the part that lives on your servers.
The technical part is the easy part
IT owns the configuration — access, hosting, integration, the settings that decide what a tool can and cannot do. That part is well within reach. But AI governance does not stop at configuration. It reaches into contract terms, legal exposure, records duties, who is authorized to decide, and how staff are trained — boundaries an org chart was never built to cross.
When those threads live in separate inboxes, no one can see the whole picture, and the gaps only surface when something goes wrong. LUMINARYX™ is the shared record that connects them: a single place where the decision, the reviewer, the rule, and the trail sit together, so governance is something the organization can point to rather than reassemble.
What LUMINARYX™ gives IT
Hosted in Canada. Records are hosted on AWS in ca-central-1 (Montreal), under Canadian privacy law — so data residency is a design choice, not a question you have to chase.
Client-side document redaction. Personal information is stripped in the browser before any AI model sees it, so unredacted data never leaves your network.
SSO with Microsoft Entra ID. Single sign-on integrates with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, so access follows your existing identity provider instead of another standalone credential store.
Fully deterministic governance engine. No machine learning: the same input always produces the same output. There is no model behaviour to monitor, tune, or explain.
Role-based access with separation of duties. Permissions are scoped by role and enforce separation of duties, so no single account can quietly own an entire decision.
MFA required by default. Multi-factor authentication is on by default, not an optional setting someone has to remember to enable.
Tamper-evident, hash-chained audit trail. Every decision, assessor, and rule is recorded in a hash-chained log, so any tampering is mathematically detectable.
Low deployment effort. The platform is web-based and configurable to your municipality — no heavy rollout project to stand it up.
Governance you don't have to explain to council
A governance tool that itself runs on AI gives you a second black box to defend. LUMINARYX™ is fully deterministic: it guides your team through structured assessments and produces a hash-chained record of every decision, assessor, and rule applied. There is no model to interrogate and no unexplained output — the logic is the same every time.
Governance you don't have to explain to council. Because the engine is deterministic and uses no machine learning, there is no black box to account for. When someone asks how a result was produced, the answer is the rule that was applied — not a model you would have to defend.
